Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the return is due to a defect or damage, LumiBlockers LTD will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning the product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
